Agency owner's guide
How Agency Owners Should Choose a White Label Partner
A neutral qualification checklist covering delivery capability, confidentiality and quality assurance — questions worth asking any white label partner before you sign, including us.
1. SEO delivery capability
Start by understanding exactly who does the work and what's included each month. Vague answers here are a warning sign.
- Is the work done in-house or subcontracted?
- What exactly is included each month?
- How is ranking movement reported?
- Can multiple client locations be supported?
2. Web design capability
For project-based work, confirm scope, ownership and timeline before a brief is sent.
- What's the revision policy?
- Who owns the finished files?
- What's the typical project timeline?
- How are scope changes priced?
3. Confidentiality
Your client relationship is the asset at risk in any white label arrangement. Confirm how it's protected.
- Will you contact my clients directly?
- Can reports carry my branding?
- Is an NDA available?
- Who has access to my client's data and accounts?
4. Quality assurance
Ask what happens when something goes wrong — not just what happens when everything goes right.
- Is there a documented QA process?
- Who is accountable if something is wrong?
- How are corrections handled once work is delivered?
This checklist is meant to be genuinely useful regardless of who you choose to work with. We're happy to be evaluated against every question on it.
