Who we serve

These terms govern the use of whitelabellocalseoagency.com and the fulfillment services described on it. Our services are offered exclusively to marketing, SEO, web design and related agency owners. We do not sell local SEO or web design services directly to local businesses.

Services

We provide white label local SEO and white label web design fulfillment. Local SEO is offered as a recurring monthly plan; web design is scoped and quoted per project. Specific inclusions are described on our Deliverables and Pricing pages, and finalized in writing with each agency partner.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic outcomes, or business results. Local SEO and web design outcomes are influenced by factors outside our control, including market competition, platform policy changes, and client-side decisions.

Agency responsibilities

Agencies are responsible for their own client relationships, retail pricing, and communications with their clients. Agencies must provide accurate business information, necessary access, and timely approvals for work to proceed on schedule.

Ownership

Completed deliverables, including websites, content and reports produced under an agency's engagement, belong to that agency and its client relationship upon delivery, subject to full payment.

Confidentiality

We do not contact an agency's clients directly unless requested, and we do not use information gained through an agency partnership to solicit that agency's clients. See our Client Protection Policy. Confidentiality can be formalized through a mutual NDA on request.

Payment & cancellation

Local SEO plans are billed monthly; web design projects are billed per the agreed project schedule. Cancellation terms are confirmed in each agency's service agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
